Reports associated to User Role

Different staff members at a travel agency have different needs from Agentivity, depending on what their job at the agency is. There are a large amount of reports available within Agentivity, and it is unhelpful to provide access to lots of reports if a user is never going to use them. As a result, we’ve created a set of User Roles that have access to different reports. An Agentivity user must have a User Role assigned to them, and this will determine which reports they have access to. And because a staff members at a travel agency can have multiple responsibilities, an Agentivity user can have multiple User Roles assigned.

One of these roles MUST be marked as the Primary role, as this determines the user’s default set of reports. User Roles can be added or changed at any time.
