Assigning a familiar name to a GDS Sign-on
A quick one pager "How To.." guide to adding a familiar (friendly) name to a consultant's Sign On code for ease of reading on reports
Consultants are by default displayed in reports by their GDS's assigned sign on code
eg: 01X1NH (Travelport), ANN (Sabre) or
This can be changed to rather show the consultant’s real name to make the reports easier to read.
To do this, click on the Tools menu on the top right section of the dashboard page, as shown below, and select ‘Company Settings’:


The results are displayed in the following table showing the fields that can be completed.

Note: You must supply at the first name as a minimum if updating this table
The changes will auto save as soon as you add a value to the field and tab into the next. A pop up on the bottom right of your screen will appear briefly confirming this:

The PCC, Q and Q category are used for queue sorting. Only provide this if you make use of Agentivity's Queue Sorter.
** To remove a familiar name, simply remove the name etc from the field so it’s blank **

Once the page refreshes, click on the ‘GDS Sign On’ option.
Here you are given the option to search by PCC ("Choose PCC") which displays a full list of all associated sign ons, or you can do a targeted search by selecting one of the alternative options within the "-Or search by-" drop down
