Depending on what you need to track, there are a few ways to view your booking and segment totals in Agentivity
For a detailed look at every segment: Use the Supplier Bookings report. It allows you to see all segments created within a specific date range:
Created Between: Shows all bookings made during a specific time frame, regardless of travel date.
Departure Date Between: Shows bookings departing within a specific range.
Detailed Download: The downloadable CSV/Excel version provides deeper technical data such as:
Flight Number, Carrier Code, and Booking Code.
Board Point and Off Point.
Segment Status and IATA number.
The Agency Review report is best for a high-level monthly overview. It focuses on totals and trends rather than individual PNR details.
Best For: Seeing total counts of Air, Car, and Hotel segments at a glance.
Summary Totals: Provides counts for Ticketed vs. Non-Ticketed Air, Cancelled bookings, and NDC content.
Top Suppliers: Visual graphs showing your top 10 airlines, car rental companies, and hotel providers.
Operational Insights: Shows average itinerary changes and advance booking days.
For automated tracking, users can subscribe to a monthly "Booking Count per PCC" email
Frequency: Sent automatically at the end of each month.
Report Contents: A summary table organized by Office Location.
Columns Included:
Bookings Count: Total volume of PNRs.
