Breakdown of all segments, Land and Air segments

Managing data across different platforms can be tricky, and we know how important it is to make sure your GDS and back-office numbers actually match up. Whether you are looking for a deep dive into individual bookings or just a quick monthly overview, Agentivity has a few ways to help you bridge that gap.

Depending on what you need to track, there are a few ways to view your booking and segment totals in Agentivity

For a detailed look at every segment: Use the Supplier Bookings report. It allows you to see all segments created within a specific date range:

Created Between: Shows all bookings made during a specific time frame, regardless of travel date.

Departure Date Between: Shows bookings departing within a specific range.

Detailed Download: The downloadable CSV/Excel version provides deeper technical data such as:

  • Flight Number, Carrier Code, and Booking Code.

  • Board Point and Off Point.

  • Segment Status and IATA number.

The Agency Review report is best for a high-level monthly overview. It focuses on totals and trends rather than individual PNR details.

Best For: Seeing total counts of Air, Car, and Hotel segments at a glance.

Summary Totals: Provides counts for Ticketed vs. Non-Ticketed Air, Cancelled bookings, and NDC content.

Top Suppliers: Visual graphs showing your top 10 airlines, car rental companies, and hotel providers.

Operational Insights: Shows average itinerary changes and advance booking days.
